Product & Craftsmanship

Where are Luxle products manufactured?
Every piece is handcrafted in our dedicated workshops in [Region/City], where we combine heritage leather-working techniques with modern precision. We believe the human touch is irreplaceable, which is why we skip the assembly line in favor of artisan benches.
We only source hides that are a 100% byproduct of the food industry. Our partner tanneries are Gold-Rated by the Leather Working Group (LWG), meaning they adhere to the strictest standards for water consumption, energy use, and chemical management.
Because we use premium, full-grain leathers, natural variations—like subtle grain patterns or tiny scars—are hallmarks of authenticity. These aren’t defects; they are the “fingerprints” of the animal’s life, ensuring your piece is one-of-a-kind.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship globally via carbon-neutral couriers. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your location.
Since many of our pieces are finished to order to reduce waste, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for domestic orders and 10–14 business days for international destinations.

Care & Longevity

Does Luxle offer a warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all hardware and stitching. If a rivet pops or a seam weakens through normal use, we will repair it free of charge. Leather aging (patina) and surface scratches are considered part of the product’s journey and are not covered.
While we provide detailed [Care Guides], we also offer a “Refresh Service” for a nominal fee. You can send your piece back to our workshop for professional deep cleaning and conditioning.
